Free Real Estate is a new company created by Villas Amarillas. With our brand new office in Ciudad Quesada in the province of Alicante, we offer a fresh, modern approach to selling property: we’re office based, open to the public and like to build up that all-important relationship with our clients while still having a strong online presence.

You can choose to take advantage of our free property valuation and advertise your property with our extensive partner network. In addition, we work with Zoopla and A Place In The Sun and others to ensure maximum exposure for your property. You’re free to use our in-house conveyancing services (there’s no penalty fee if you don’t) and you’re free to use other estate agents if you wish.
We work with a fixed agency fee of 1000€ (plus VAT) and there’s no upfront charge for listing your property with us. At Free Real Estate, when we say Free, we’re talking about freedom of choice. By using our multiple channel marketing, you are free to decide exactly how you want us to market your property to achieve the best exposure to potential purchasers.

Whilst Free Real Estate is a new, modern company, we still believe in doing many things traditionally. To this end, we have the benefit of twenty successful years in the property business from our parent company, Villas Amarillas. They have built an impeccable reputation in the local area achieved through doing things correctly and ensuring that the client is always the priority.
Our team is made up of accomplished property experts all of whom have lived in Spain and worked in the property business for many years…in fact, the last time we counted, we had one hundred and twenty seven years of living in the local area between us!
Not only do we have an expert sales team, we also have our own in-house architect and conveyancer and, thanks to the linguists among us, we speak Spanish, French, German, Dutch and, of course, English.
